"For fundraising events involving sales of prepared food, personnel participating in the fundraising event must be trained in food handling procedures provided by the Preventative Medicine Department, Environmental Health, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The online Food Handler Certification Course is available at https://mhs-europe.tricare.mil/Clinics/Vicenza-Army-Health-Clinic/Preventive-Medicine/Food-Handlers-Course."
